- Quiet hours are observed from 09:00 p.m. to 08:00a.m., with a $35 penalty if overlooked per event. - Please, be mindful of other guests as we are trying to provide the best experience possible. - Remember that the community is a family complex and must remain quiet without parties, events, or disturbances. Violators will be fined with a $300 penalty. - No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed on the premises or in the apartment. Violators will be fined $250 per person, per event. Additional damages will be charged to the guest as well. - No weapons, no drugs, no alcohol, and no disruption are permitted on the premises. Violators will be fined $250 per person, per event. - Each guest that exceeds the maximum capacity listed above will incur a $65 fine per day. - If extensive cleaning is needed, guests will be subject to a $75 additional cleaning fee. - Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Violators will be fined $250. Additional damage will be charged to the guest as well. All animals must be leashed at all times in common areas, with no exceptions. - Each unit includes one designated parking spot, and there is additional guest parking that is first come, first serve. - The community includes a coin-operated laundry facility, gym, and vending machine, available for all guests 24/7. Please, remove the lint accumulated after each use, as it is a fire hazard. - The pool, hammocks, sitting/lounging area, and BBQ area are free to use from dawn to dusk. - For safety reasons, children must always be under adult supervision. - Any additional accommodation can be provided, if available, and timely requested. For example, travel cribs, highchairs, etc. - Visitors are allowed with prior host authorization. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed, and guests will be subject to a $150 fine. The guest is responsible that their visitors follow all house rules. - Please, do not leave any items outside the property, and make sure you return everything to its corresponding spot. - Most of all, have a great stay and enjoy the experience! *** Any guest who does not follow the house rules, or puts themselves or others in an unsafe situation, is subject to a minimum fine of $30 and/or cancellation of their reservation. ***

Extenuating Circumstances & Special Cancellation Terms In certain extenuating circumstances, the host may offer an exception to the standard cancellation policy. If such an exception is granted, the guest will be given a specific deadline to cancel. If the guest does not cancel within the stated timeframe, the reservation will remain active and no cash refund will be issued. Instead, the reservation value will be held as a non-transferable credit toward a future stay, subject to availability and any rate differences. Credits must be used within 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.
